Established in 2021, Storries Scottish Steadings offers a friendly and accessible way to purchase the plans for our much-loved Killiekirk House.

Designed with a focus on simplicity, comfort, and practical living, Killiekirk features a modern layout that makes the most of the available space, creating a home that feels both welcoming and thoughtfully considered.

We offer three packages to suit different stages of the journey:

1. Floor Plan Package
Includes our full set of architectural floor plans for Killiekirk House—a perfect starting point for visualising the layout and flow of the home.

2. Visualisation Package
Includes everything in the Floor Plan Package, plus a 3D walkthrough and aerial drone footage, helping you see the house come to life and understand how it sits in its surroundings.

3. Full Build Package
Includes all of the above, along with detailed construction drawings—ideal for those ready to take the next step towards building their own version of Killiekirk.

We’ve also created a Cosy & Calming Interior Guide, filled with styling inspiration and practical advice to help you bring warmth, personality, and a sense of calm into your space.
